SIN / SELF
Dead to the Law
Chuck Lindsey · Sunday, 20 July 2025 · Romans 7:1-12 · 56:12 · 9,038 words
Romans S13 · 7:1-12 Grand Blanc
Romans chapters 6 through 8 are examined as three places a person can be in their lives. Romans 6 describes a life dominated by sin, Romans 7 the frustration of trying to live righteously by one's own effort, and Romans 8 the victory found through the Holy Spirit. The message asks whether you are relying on your own strength to please God or on His power. It calls those stuck in sin to turn to Christ and believers to stop depending on themselves and embrace the Spirit.
