Release of Liability *

I understand that there are various risks involved with my participating in the Toys for Tots program. I further understand that these risks may include, but not limited to, injury caused by lifting heavy objects and deliveries in a vehicle. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Toys for Tots program, I hereby assume all risks associated with this event and shall indemnify, waive, release, and forever discharge the U.S. Marine Corp and any other individuals or entities connected in any way with this event from any and all claims for damages, death, personal injury or property damage and litigation costs or attorney fees arising from or contributing to, in whole by the above named Individual or entities and their employees or agents resulting from my participating in this event. This waiver and release shall be binding on my heirs and assigns, and shall run in favor of the above named person or entities and any individuals in any way connected with the aforementioned event.
